Dog Star Kiki the Koala Fleece Dog Toy-Wildlife Collection

All Wildlife Fleece toys are made with durable fleece fabric with an added mesh liner for additional toughness.   The inside Poly Fill is made from recycled materials.  Each toy has 3 squeakers and crinkle paper throughout.  

Dog Star Wildlife Collection is comprised of animals that are on the Endangered Species List.  Dog Star donates a percentage of proceeds on the sale of this line to various animal welfare charities.

A Bit about Koalas: Koalas are considered Endangered.  Koalas survive on a diet of eucalyptus leaves and can eat up to a kilogram a day! Pretty impressive, considering eucalyptus is poisonous to most animals. Their special fiber digesting organ, called a caecum, helps to detoxify the chemicals in the leaves. Sadly, koala numbers are on the decline. Their numbers have been falling further and further every year due to deforestation and disease.
