Shipping:

All online orders are shipped next business day unless any item is out of stock or there are exceptional circumstances. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number on the email address used during check-out. Delays are rare but we will email you an update on your order immediately in such an event. We reserve the right to defer the date of shipping or to cancel an order for all circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to bad weather, any lockdown, or stoppage of or affecting our business or shipping carrier/s or other issue which prevents or hinders the shipping of the item/s. We will contact you asap if that happens.
Shipping is Free with Purchase of $55+ (after all discounts and sales tax (if applicable) is applied. Free Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with delivery between 3-4 Business days. Under $55 orders ship for $10 Flat shipping added at the time of checkout. If you choose other form of shipping like Express, there is a Flat Shipping charge of $15 added at checkout. Express delivery is by UPS 2nd Day Air OR UPS 3 Day Select.
Please know, for some items, charges maybe based on weight and package dimensions and are calculated by the carriers own algorithms (USPS or UPS). We do our best to keep shipping cost down for you when you choose other shipping options IF offered at check- out.
We ship to 49 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. 
Returns:
If for any reason you are not happy with your product/s, you may return it to us. Returns must be made within Thirty business days of online purchase (30 - day return policy). Return item or items must be unused, in original packaging with manufacturer tags. No returns or exchanges on dog beds, and dog mats. You are responsible for shipping cost if returning an item.

Refunds(if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will notify you via email and a refund will be credited to your account using the original method of payment minus the shipping* cost (*If applicable). Shipping costs are non- refundable. Allow 5-7 business days for amount to be credited to your credit/debit card.
Damaged items:
If you receive an item or items that are damaged on delivery, contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at orders@frugalmutts.com with a photo of the damage. We will email you instructions on what to do. We will either re-ship you the item/s OR issue you a refund. If an item is returned to us damaged and you have not informed us that the item was damaged when your received it, then we may refuse your right to cancel or receive a refund.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, let us know via email-orders@frugalmutts.com. Exchanges varies and we do it on a case-by-case basis. We’ll work with you.
