Please know, receipt by you of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell by Frugal Mutts. Verification of an identity, ownership of the account, payment authorization and other payment-related information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. We reserve the right without prior notification, to refuse an offer to purchase, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Suburban Mutt, LLC collects sales tax in Texas, where we have a physical presence (Nexus).
We do not collect sales tax in any state not listed above because we are not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.
